Sun Ray leader, Lyon Koh, is a recipient of the Promising Social Worker Award (PSWA) for her dedication towards addressing homelessness and housing issues. Among her many contributions, she co-founded the Housing Support Network in 2019 which is a platform to exchange resources on housing casework management, developed the ‘Housing Toolkit’ guide and co-developed a a flagship programme to empower single mothers in Ang Mo Kio. She was recently also elected to be the Honorary Assistant Secretary as part of the Singapore Association of Social Workers Executive Committee, for a 2-year term from 2021 to 2023.
