This requires the supervisor to tap into his/her individual training and experience. This training  is designed to equip individuals required to take on the role of a fieldwork education supervisor with practical supervisory skills to address the different phases of supervision as the challenges that may arise. Participants will be introduced to systems tools applicable to the phases of supervision\, guiding checklist on functions of supervision\, and questionnaire for matching of supervisor-supervisee etc.                     \n		        \n                    \n				        Upon completion of the course\, participants will: Use fieldwork education values and ethics to supervise studentsApply supervision theories to facilitate learning of the studentsImplement system tools that are suitable for different phases of fieldwork educationApply supervisory skills to overcome challenges in fieldwork supervision                    \n		        \n                    \n				        Social Workers and related professionals who; Attained Bachelor or Grad Dip (SW) and / or Master in Social Work with minimum 3.5 years of working experience in a social work setting andAre supervisors or fieldwork educators who are already taking or going to take students who are doing Bachelor or Grad Dip (SW) degree from a recognised university                    \n		        \n                    \n				        Ms Lyon Koh Lin Lu is a registered social worker with extensive experience in youth mental health\, supervision\, and community-based practice. She currently serves as Programme Head at SHINE Children and Youth Services and is actively involved in training and developing social service professionals. A recipient of the Promising Social Worker Award\, she holds a Master of Social Work from the National University of Singapore\, where she graduated as Valedictorian. Must attain at least 75% attendance failing which he/she or his/her employer will have to pay the FULL course fee. 								\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n				\n					Payment Method				\n				\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n									If you are sponsored by your employer\, please seek approval from your Supervisor to attend the course before you register.
