Her pursuit of a Master of Social Work has further deepened her research abilities and strengthened her theoretical foundation in programme design. Lyon is a confident and competent presenter\, having honed her skills through agency- and sector-level platforms. Recipient of the Promising Social Worker Award 2020\, Lyon believes in nurturing the next generation and is especially passionate about building sector competencies among newer social workers.
