The Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW) Gerontological Social Work Chapter (Pro-Tem) is hosting its inaugural networking and learning session, Ageing in Place: Integrating Health, Social Care and Community Partnerships, on 30 September 2026.

As Singapore’s population continues to age, social workers play an increasingly important role in supporting older adults with complex health and social needs. This session will explore how stronger integration between healthcare, social care, and community partners can better support seniors to age well within their communities.

Hear from Ms Zeng Hui Hui, Head & Senior Principal Medical Social Worker, Medical Social Services, NTFGH; Allied Health Lead, Regional Health System Office, who will share insights from population health initiatives and the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) model.

The session will also provide opportunities to network with fellow practitioners and contribute ideas for future chapter initiatives.
