Moving from a social need to a well-designed programme can be challenging. How do your activities connect to outcomes? What assumptions underpin your programme? And how do you communicate that logic clearly to stakeholders and funders?
This one-day course introduces Theory of Change and Logic Model as practical tools for programme planning.
Participants will gain clarity on how both tools work together to strengthen programme development, map and communicate the thinking behind programmes, and build a strong foundation for implementation and evaluation.
Walk away better equipped to articulate your programme theory and logic – whether you are developing a new initiative, refining an existing programme, preparing a funding proposal or thinking about impact measurement.
- Understand the foundations of social service programme development, with a focus on Theory of Change (ToC) and Logic Model.

- Integrate theoretical and real-world perspectives to strengthen programme development processes.
